• DearParents/Guardians and Students:

Welcome to the Culinary Arts/Hospitality Academy at the Tech Center in Yorktown!  We have a truly exciting program planned and feel confident that each student will have a successful year.

Our goal is to immerse our students in all relevant areas of the food service and hospitality industry.  The curriculum is divided into three 13-week rotations: hospitality, kitchen basics, and pastry arts.  After successfully completing this two year program, our students will be prepared to continue their culinary education in college and to work in the industry. Our approved vendor for uniforms is: Chef Works and they have established an ordering portal for PNWBOCES. To order go to: www.chefworks.com/pnwb. Provide your personal information to register and enter code: pnwb.
